FibroTech International

Composite Rebar Production Line

A complete automated pultrusion line for manufacturing GFRP rebar — producing 4x lighter, 2x stronger, 100% corrosion-proof reinforcement at industrial scale.

Overview

Automated GFRP Rebar Manufacturing

The composite rebar production line uses the continuous pultrusion process to convert fiberglass roving and thermoset resin into high-tensile, ribbed GFRP rebar. Engineered for round-the-clock automated operation with precise diameter control and a sand-coated or ribbed surface for superior concrete bonding.

How It Works

The Pultrusion Process

Roving Creel

Continuous fiberglass roving is drawn from a multi-position creel.

Resin Bath

Fibers are fully impregnated with vinyl ester or polyester resin.

Heated Die Forming

The wet fiber bundle is pulled through a heated die that shapes and cures the bar.

Surface & Cut-Off

Ribbing or sand-coating is applied, then bars are cut to length.

Equipment

Key Line Components

Creel & Tensioners

Multi-bobbin creel with controlled fiber tension.

Resin Impregnator

Ensures complete wet-out and accurate resin ratio.

Heated Curing Die

Precision die for diameter accuracy and full cure.

Pulling & Cutting

Caterpillar puller and flying cut-off saw for exact lengths.

Why This Line

Production Advantages

Industrial Output
